Arlo was a favorite for parents in the first half of the twentieth century, but is now experiencing a major revival, particularly in the UK and New Zealand. Its rise in popularity in the U.S. during the past decade has been a surprise, but one that was partially inspired by the character Arlo Givens on TV’s Justified.
